We provide visa and flight and insurance advice and the transfer of your medical records
There is nothing trivial about the logistics of traveling overseas for medical treatment. MedTrava understands that our patients have a lot on their minds and need to focus on their medical condition and treatment, so we handle all secure transfers of medical records and communication with the doctors and facilities overseas.
The MedTrava Group also takes care of all logistical plans, including, but not limited to, advice on temporary visas for patients, booking flights and providing insurance advice.
We arrange transport and concierge services
MedTrava strives to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible during their visit to India for surgery and/or alternative treatment. Patients and their families are greeted upon arrival at the airport by a MedTrava destination manager and are then provided first class, air-conditioned transportation, accommodations and interpretation services. A complete range of concierge services are provided for the duration of the stay, to ensure each client's peace of mind.
